Weigh, test moisture, run the fibre tests
Conditioned weight and an HVI test against the contract, the week the lot arrives.
An HVI test is the instrument reading of staple, micronaire, strength and colour, the same numbers the contract was written in. Test the week the lot arrives, at conditioned weight, because a claim depends on a test made in time.
