Raw cotton is heading 5201, and into Bangladesh, Pakistan and China it is duty free or quota, not a tariff.

Man-made staple clears under its own headings: polyester staple is 5503.20 and viscose staple 5504.10. Those two lines are not on our duty page yet, so for them the clearing agent is the check, not us.
