This page says what happens to information you send us. It describes what the site actually does, not what a template says it might do.
Who we are
VeriMills is a trading name of DW Bridging & Commodity Trading, Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at DW@verimills.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form that means your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the details of your enquiry. We also record which page the form was sent from, and the date and time.
We do not ask for and do not want passwords, bank details, card numbers or copies of identity documents. Please do not send them.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to run the enquiry. Form submissions are emailed to us and stored in a private Google Sheet that only we can open. Each submission gets a reference number so we can find it again.
Where answering you means asking a mill or a factory for a quote, we pass on the technical parts of your requirement, such as count, quantity, destination and delivery month. We do not pass on your target price. We do not give a supplier your contact details until you have told us to.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. The only mailing on this site is the weekly market sheet, and you only get it if you asked for it.
Who else can see it
The services that carry it: Cloudflare, which serves this website and checks form submissions for automated abuse, and Google, which holds the sheet and sends the notification email. Both are large providers with their own privacy terms. Nobody else has access.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. It stores one small preference in your browser, remembering whether you chose light or dark mode. That never leaves your device.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is designed not to track you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for two years afterwards, because buyers and mills often come back. After that they are deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
Write to DW@verimills.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we do with your information.
