Why this exists
The problem I kept running into
For most of my career I sat on the buying side of this trade, inside large manufacturers, deciding which mills got the order. What struck me was how much of that decision came down to who I happened to know, and how little of it a smaller buyer could reproduce.
A factory owner in Dhaka buying two hundred tons a month has the same technical problem as a group buying ten thousand, but none of the same access. He gets shown mills he cannot check, by agents he cannot check either, and the only thing he can compare is a price with no way of knowing what sits behind it.
VeriMills is the attempt to fix that one thing. Check the mill first. Quote one specification the same way to everyone. Take the fee from the supplier, only when a shipment happens, so the buyer pays nothing to ask. Hold no stock, give no credit, and never sit on anyone's money.

Four things you can hold me to
I will tell you what I do not know. If I have not checked something, I will say it is unchecked rather than let you assume otherwise. That applies to a mill's certificate as much as to a delivery date.
The same specification gets the same answer. There is no version of a quote for buyers who ask harder questions and another for buyers who do not.
Your money never passes through me. You contract with the mill and you pay the mill. No stock, no credit, no escrow, no exceptions.
Advisory and sourcing stay separate, in writing. If I am advising your company on procurement, you will know in writing before any sourcing fee is earned anywhere near you.
