Claim inside the limit, or accept and settle
A claim raised after the contract’s window is a claim waived.
Every contract carries a window for claims on weight and on quality. Inside it, the rules above decide the matter; after it, the matter is decided. The date the goods arrived and the date you tested are the two dates that make or break a claim.
