The spec, the quantity, the shipment spread, the term and port, the payment, and whether the price is fixed or on-call.

What a bad answer looks like: a figure in cents per pound with no basis, no shipment month and no staple, micronaire or strength on it, or “on-call, we fix later” with no rule for when and against which month.
