Watch it while it runs
Approve the pre-production sample; deal with problems before the whole order is sewn.
PERSON: the office or an inspector
Before bulk cutting, approve the pre-production sample, made on the real line with the real fabric. During the run, problems found at piece fifty are a conversation; problems found at piece five thousand are a dispute. If you cannot visit, the office or an inspector doing an in-line check is your eyes; the wash and finish stage is where consistency across a shipment is hardest to hold, so that is the stage to watch.
