Common questions
Does it cost anything to send this?
No. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and there is no fee for the answer, including the answer that says your idea is not workable yet. What we are paid, and by whom, is written out in full on the home page so you are never guessing.
I do not have a tech pack. Can I still ask?
Yes. The form has a Where you are now field with Just an idea as one of the options, and it is a real option, not a polite one. A reference sample, a photograph or a clear description is enough to get a first answer. The guide explains what a tech pack is and when you actually need one.
My order is small. Will you still reply?
Yes, and if the quantity is below what any of our factories will run, the reply says so plainly and tells you what would change that. A wasted month waiting for a polite no is worse for you than a fast honest one.
Who reads this, and how fast?
